Avoidance of Breakage Costs. So long as no Default or Event of Default is continuing or the Borrower has provided at least 30 days' prior Written Notice thereof, the Lender shall not apply out of the Collections any payment of principal to any portion of a Revolving Loan in excess of 10% of the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loan outstanding at such time.
