Avoidance of Interference. The Contractor shall not interfere unnecessarily or improperly with: 26.1 The convenience of the public; or 26.2 The access to and use and occupation of all roads and footpath, irrespective of whether they are public or in the possession of any third party. The Contractor shall indemnify and hold NI harmless against and from all damages, losses and expenses resulting from such unnecessary or improper interference.
