Avoiding Interruption to Scheduled Breaks. Bargaining Unit Employees shall not be called back to work during their breaks except in cases where resident care will be adversely impacted. It shall be the responsibility of the supervisor to ensure that Bargaining Unit Employees are able to take their breaks by scheduling break times (in consultation with the affected employees) and, if necessary, covering the Bargaining Unit Employees’ work during the break time.
