AVROBIO and its Affiliates. shall discontinue making any representations regarding its or their status as a licensee(s) of BioMarin and with respect to Licensed Products, and shall cause any sublicensees (except as set forth in clause (c) below) to do the same. AVROBIO and its Affiliates shall cease conducting any activities with respect to the Development and Commercialization of the Licensed Products, and shall cause any sublicensees to do the same.
