Award Agreement Subject to the Plan. This Award Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Plan, and shall be interpreted in accordance therewith. The Plan shall be submitted to the stockholders of the Company for approval, and in the event that the Plan is not approved by such stockholders, the Award shall be null and void.
