Award and Apportionment of costs. The arbitration award of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on the Parties and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms. The arbitrator(s) shall state reasons for its/their findings in writing. The costs of arbitration and the manner of bearing such costs shall be determined by the arbitrator(s).
