AWARD CHANGE REQEUSTS. Grantee may request budget modifications by submitting a request to the State. The State reserves the right to make and authorize modifications, adjustments, and/or revisions to the Grant Award for the purpose of making changes in budget categories, extensions of grant award dates, changes in goals and objectives, and other modifications which do not change the total amount of the Grant Award. The State’s total consideration shall not exceed the maximum amount shown herein.
