Award completion. 31.7.1 Upon notification of completion of employee's plan (completion of at least nine (9) semester units) the employee shall be given an annual award increment of $500 per year per nine (9) semester units. The maximum number of increments being five (5) for a total of forty-five (45) semester units. Any plan that has not been completed within two years must be resubmitted for approval.
