Common use of AWARD CONFERS NO RIGHTS TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT OR FUTURE AWARDS Clause in Contracts

AWARD CONFERS NO RIGHTS TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT OR FUTURE AWARDS. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer upon Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company for a specified period of time or interfere with the right of the Company and its subsidiaries to terminate such employment at any time. In addition, neither the Plan nor this Agreement confers any right upon the Participant to receive future awards under the Plan. All future awards, if any, are completely at the discretion of the Company. Moreover, any awards granted under the Plan are not part of the Participant’s ordinary compensation, employment agreement, if any, or working relationship with the Company or any of its affiliates and will therefore not be considered as part of such compensation, agreement or relationship in the event of severance, redundancy or resignation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
