AWARD CONFERS NO RIGHTS TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT OR FUTURE AWARDS. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer upon Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company for a specified period of time or interfere with the right of the Company and its subsidiaries or affiliates to terminate such employment at any time. In addition, neither the Plan nor this Agreement confers any right upon Participant to receive future awards under the Plan. All future awards, if any, are completely at the discretion of the Company.
