Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company for a specified period of time or interfere with the right of the Company and its subsidiaries to terminate such employment at any time.
