Award for Temporary Taking. If all or any portion of the Premises shall be taken for temporary use or occupancy, the foregoing provisions shall not apply and the Lessee shall continue to pay the full amount of Rent and the Lessee shall perform and observe all of the other terms, covenants, conditions and obligations of this Lease as though the temporary Taking had not occurred, subject to any order of the condemning authority. In the event of a temporary Taking, Lessee shall be entitled to receive the entire amount of the compensation award for such taking, unless the period of temporary use or occupancy shall extend beyond the Expiration Date in which case the compensation shall be apportioned between the Lessor and the Lessee as of the Expiration Date.
