Common use of Award of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation hereby grants (the "Grant") to Employee 276,395 shares (the "Shares") of common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation ("Common Stock"), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "Restrictions") and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation hereby grants (the "Grant") to Employee 276,395 [●] shares (the "Shares") of common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation ("Common Stock"), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability and risk of forfeiture set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "Restrictions") and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation hereby grants (the "Grant") to Employee 276,395 84,267 shares (the "Shares") of common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation ("Common Stock"), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "Restrictions") and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation hereby grants (the "“Grant"”) to Employee 276,395 130,821 shares (the "“Shares"”) of common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation ("“Common Stock"”), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability and risk of forfeiture set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "“Restrictions"”) and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation Company hereby grants (the "“Grant"”) to Employee 276,395 513,333 shares (the "“Shares"”) of common stock, par value $.001 par value0.01 per share (“Common Stock”), of the Corporation ("Common Stock")Company, which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability set forth in Section 2 2(d) herein (collectively, the "“Restrictions"”) and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation hereby grants (the "“Grant"”) to Employee 276,395 42,211 shares (the "“Shares"”) of common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation ("“Common Stock"”), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability and risk of forfeiture set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "“Restrictions"”) and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation hereby grants (the "Grant") to Employee 276,395 74,018 shares (the "Shares") of common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation ("Common Stock"), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "Restrictions") and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation hereby grants (the "Grant") to Employee 276,395 7,256 shares (the "Shares") of common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation ("Common Stock"), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability and risk of forfeiture set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "Restrictions") and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation hereby grants (the "Grant") to Employee 276,395 44,483 shares (the "Shares") of common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation ("Common Stock"), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability and risk of forfeiture set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "Restrictions") and to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Award of Common Stock. The Corporation Company hereby grants (the "“Grant"”) to Employee 276,395 9,677 shares (the "“Shares"”) of common stock, $.001 0.001 par value, of the Corporation ("Company Common Stock"), which shall be subject to the Restricted Period and the restrictions on transferability and risk of forfeiture set forth in Section 2 herein (collectively, the "“Restrictions"”) and to the other provisions of this Agreement.
