Common use of Award of Market Stock Units Clause in Contracts

Award of Market Stock Units. The Company hereby grants to Grantee a target number of «Txt_Nbr_of_Shares» («Whole_Nbr_of_Shares») Motorola Solutions market stock units (the “MSUs”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and subject to adjustment as provided in the Omnibus Plan. No MSU shall be paid unless earned and vested in accordance with this agreement.
