Common use of Award of RSUs and Dividend Equivalents Clause in Contracts

Award of RSUs and Dividend Equivalents. (a) The Company has granted the RSUs to Participant effective as of the grant date set forth in the Grant Notice (the “Grant Date”). Each RSU represents the right to receive one Share as set forth in this Agreement. Participant will have no right to the distribution of any Shares until the time (if ever) the RSUs have vested.
