Common use of Award Plans Clause in Contracts

Award Plans. During the Term, the Executive shall also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a cash bonus, shares of stock in the Company, Restricted Stock and/or Options, according to the policies and practices adopted by the Compensation Committee or the Board, as the case may be, and the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the 2010 Plan and any other stock option, incentive compensation, profit participation, bonus or extra compensation plan that is adopted by the Company and in which the Company’s executive officers generally participate (collectively, “Award Plans”).

Award Plans. During the Term, the Executive shall also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a cash bonus, shares of stock in the Company, Restricted Stock and/or Options, according to the policies and practices adopted by the Compensation Committee or the Board, as the case may be, and the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the 2010 2012 Plan and any other stock option, incentive compensation, profit participation, bonus or extra compensation plan that is adopted by the Company and in which the Company’s executive officers generally participate (collectively, “Award Plans”).

During the Term, the Executive shall also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a cash bonus, shares of stock in the Company, Restricted Stock and/or Partnership Units, or Options, according to the policies and practices adopted by the Compensation Committee or the Board, as the case may be, and the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the 2010 Plan 1994 Plan, 1999 Plan, and any other stock option, incentive compensation, profit participation, bonus or extra compensation plan that is adopted by the Company and in which the Company’s 's executive officers generally participate (collectively, “Award Plans”"AWARD PLANS").
