AWARD Term Clause Samples

AWARD Term. An Award which has not been exercised seven years after the Award Date shall be forfeited on the seventh anniversary of the Award Date and shall have no further effect.

AWARD Term. To implement the trafficking in persons requirement in section 106(g) of the TVPA, as amended, a Federal awarding agency must include the award term in paragraph (b) of this sec- tion in—
