Award to be Final and Conclusive. The award rendered in any arbitration commenced hereunder shall be final and conclusive, and judgment thereon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction for its enforcement. The Parties expressly agree to waive Article 641 of the Indonesian Code of Civil Procedure and Articles 15 and 108 of Law No. 1 of 1950 (Supreme Court Rules), and accordingly there shall be no appeal to any court from the decision of the panel of arbitrators. No Party shall be entitled to commence or maintain any action in a court of law upon any matter in dispute until such matter shall have been submitted and decided as herein provided and then only for the enforcement of the board of arbitration's award.
