Awarding Bodies Clause Samples
The 'Awarding Bodies' clause defines which organizations are recognized as competent authorities to grant certifications, qualifications, or accreditations relevant to the agreement. In practice, this clause typically lists or references specific professional, regulatory, or industry bodies whose credentials are accepted for compliance or performance purposes under the contract. Its core function is to ensure clarity and mutual understanding about which certifications or qualifications are valid, thereby reducing disputes over the acceptability of credentials and maintaining agreed standards.
