Each award held by a DPSG Business Employee shall be converted based on the Exchange Ratio into an award over DPSG Common Stock to be granted by DPSG under the applicable DPSG Legacy Equity Plan. The DPSG Common Stock shall be released to the DPSG Business Employee within sixty (60) days following the date on which the Conditional Award would otherwise have vested under the ISAP but for the Distribution.
