B-2. All grievances presented at Step One must set forth in writing: the facts giving rise to the grievance; the specific provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to have been violated; the name of the aggrieved Support Staff Employee; and the specific remedy sought. All grievances at Step One must be signed and dated by the aggrieved Support Staff Employee and the designee of the Xxxxxxx County Support Staff Organization. Within ten (10) days after receiving the grievance, the immediate supervisor shall contact the grievant to schedule a date and time to hear the grievance.
