B E T W E E N. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PELHAM (“the Town”) - and - PELHAM PANTHERS HOCKEY CLUB LIMITED BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION (1874601) (“the Licensee”) WHEREAS the Town owns the Meridian Community Centre located at 000 Xxxxxxxx Way Xxx in the Town of Pelham (“the Facility”); and

B E T W E E N. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PELHAM (“the Town”) PELHAM PANTHERS MINOR HOCKEY CLUB LIMITED ASSOCIATION (“the Licensee”) WHEREAS the Town owns the Meridian Community Centre located at 000 Xxxxxxxx Way in the Town of Pelham (“the Facility”); and
