B idder’s Responsibility. The Bidder assumes sole responsibility for the complete effort required in this RFP. No special consideration will be given after bids are opened because of a Bidder’s failure to be knowledgeable of all the requirements of this RFP. By submitting a bid in response to this RFP, the Bidder shall be deemed to have understood all the requirements of the RFP.
