B Participation Not Transferable. Participation in MLS is on an individual basis and may not be transferred or sold to any corporation, firm or other individual. Any reimbursement due to a prepaid participation fee is a matter of negotiations between those transferring the business or determined by internal contract arrangement within the firm.
