Common use of BA Equivalent Loans by Non BA Lenders Clause in Contracts

BA Equivalent Loans by Non BA Lenders. Whenever a Borrower requests a borrowing by way of Bankers’ Acceptances, each Non-BA Lender shall, in lieu of accepting a Bankers’ Acceptance, make a BA Equivalent Loan in an amount equal to such Non‑BA Lender’s Revolving Percentage of such borrowing. On the relevant Borrowing Date, the Administrative Agent shall credit an account as directed by such Borrower with the aggregate of the amounts made available to the Administrative Agent by such Lenders and in like funds as received by the Administrative Agent.
