Back-to-Back Transactions Sample Clauses
A Back-to-Back Transactions clause establishes that the terms and obligations of one contract are directly linked to those of another related contract, often in a supply chain or subcontracting context. In practice, this means that a party’s rights and duties under one agreement mirror or depend on the corresponding provisions in a separate agreement, such as a contractor passing on the same requirements to a subcontractor that it has agreed to with a client. This clause ensures consistency across related contracts and helps manage risk by aligning obligations and timelines, thereby preventing gaps or conflicts between interconnected agreements.
