Back to index. 16.1. Each Party is liable for the acts, failures or omissions of its employees, consultants and subcontractors, including any violation of the terms of this Agreement by such employees, consultants or subcontractors to the same extent as if said acts, failures or omissions was undertaken by the Party itself.
