Back-Up Servicer Removal. Each of the parties hereto agree that Lyon shall no longer be a party to this Agreement and that Lyon is hereby released from and shall have no further rights or obligations under this Agreement. By its signature hereto, Lyon is acknowledging its removal as a party to this Agreement pursuant to this Section 11.20 and is not acknowledging or agreeing to any other provision of this Agreement.
