Back-Up. It is Your responsibility to back-up the software and data that is stored on Your Device or other devices manufactured to be compatible with Your Device or intended to be connected thereto, and We shall not be responsible for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data, or files. We may decline to provide the Services to You if We determine that appropriate back-up measures have not been taken by You.
