Background and Requirements. Merge has recently built an MRi based deep brain navigation package for SurgiVision that is marketed under the ClearPoint trade xxxx. The ClearPoint solution is used for planning and placement of electrodes into deep brain structures. In an effort to expand the offerings in this sector, SurgiVision is exploring new areas of deep brain surgical navigation, drug delivery applications in particular. This statement of work presents the details associated with the development activities needed to deliver such a solution. [***] This document is prepared to outline the scope of work, deliverables and schedules for the development work needed to create a tool that could aid in the navigation and tracking component associated with this procedure.
