Backlog Report Sample Clauses

Backlog Report. For each Borrower, on a quarterly basis, no later than 30 days following the end of each quarter, a backlog report similar to the report set forth on Exhibit K hereto, listing the total backlog amount for BWXT and for each project of the JRM Borrowers reflected therein: (i) the customer and project names, (ii) projected revenue and (iii) projected gross profit and actual gross profit to date, and in the case of the JRM Borrowers and their Subsidiaries on a Consolidated Basis, on a monthly basis no later than 30 days following the end of each month, a report, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing significant contract/project bookings and projected gross profit for each such booking.

Backlog Report. The Company has provided to Parent a detailed and -------------- accurate list of all orders booked but not yet completed, giving the status of each order as of a recent date. The backlog report is attached to Exhibit C --------- hereto.

Backlog Report. Concurrently with the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Sections 6.01(a) and (b), a backlog report in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
