Common use of Backup and Recovery of Subscriber Data Clause in Contracts

Backup and Recovery of Subscriber Data. As a part of the Services, Service Provider is responsible for maintaining a backup of Subscriber Data and for an orderly and timely recovery of such data in the event that the Services may be interrupted. Unless otherwise described in an Exhibit A, Service Provider shall maintain a contemporaneous backup of Subscriber Data that can be recovered within twenty-four (24) hours at any point in time.
