Common use of Backup Records Clause in Contracts

Backup Records. The Borrowers shall at all times maintain duplicate electronic copies of all agreements, instruments, and documents evidencing the Receivables, and all servicing records relating thereto, at a location other than the Borrower's primary business location pursuant to such arrangements as are reasonably required by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
