Backup Servicer Data Mapping. The Backup Servicer shall have completed all required data mapping and obtained any other information necessary to act in its capacity as Backup Servicer, in each case, as set forth in the Backup Servicing Agreement and in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
