Common use of Backup Servicer Removal Clause in Contracts

Backup Servicer Removal. The Backup Servicer may be removed with or without cause by the Deal Agent, or by the Borrower with the prior written approval of the Deal Agent by notice given in writing to the Backup Servicer. In the event of any such removal, a replacement Backup Servicer may be appointed by (i) the Borrower, acting with the written consent of the Deal Agent or (ii) if no such replacement is appointed within 30 days following such removal, by the Deal Agent.
