Backup Storage. OneNeck shall store, or shall cause to be stored, all backup tapes at an off-site location per the client data retention policy.
Backup Storage. Backup Storage is sold as Tebibytes of raw storage capacity consumed based on the maximum storage capacity utilized at any point during each calendar month (the Backup Storage “high-water xxxx”).

Using your account as a general online storage space for archiving any other electronic files is prohibited and may result in termination or suspension of EngagedMD Services upon notice.

If additional backend (GB) capacity is required to meet your requirements, Xxxxxx will request you either reduce your retention policy, adjust the amount of data backed up, or recommend you acquire additional storage capacity at a fee. If you do not respond or take one of the above actions within 30 days Xxxxxx may prioritize your most recent data which may result in data loss. Any such action will affect your contracted retention policy and specifically exclude any SLAs related to Section III, Part 3 of this document.
