Bahraini Limitations Clause Samples

The 'Bahraini Limitations' clause defines the specific legal restrictions or requirements that apply to a contract or agreement under Bahraini law. This clause typically outlines any statutory limits on liability, enforceability, or performance that are unique to Bahrain, such as caps on damages, mandatory procedural steps, or compliance with local regulations. By clearly stating these limitations, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of the legal boundaries within which the contract operates, thereby reducing the risk of unenforceable terms and promoting legal certainty.
