Common use of Bailees Clause in Contracts

Bailees. If any of the Collateral is at any time in the possession or control of any warehouseman, bailee or any of Debtor's agents or processors, Debtor shall, at the request of Secured Party, notify such warehouseman, bailee, agent or processor of the security interest created hereunder and shall instruct such Person to hold such Collateral for Secured Party's account subject to Secured Party's instructions.

Bailees. If any of the Collateral is at any time in the possession or control of any warehouseman, bailee or any of Debtor's agents or processors, Debtor shall, at the request of Secured Party, notify such warehouseman, bailee, agent or processor of the security interest created hereunder and hereunder, shall instruct such Person to hold such Collateral for Secured Party's account subject to Secured Party's instructionsinstructions and shall cause such Person to acknowledge in writing, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Secured Party, that it holds such Collateral for the benefit of Secured Party.
