Bailment, Agency for Possession. Each of the Lenders hereby appoints [III Offshore Advisors] as their agent for purposes of perfecting their respective security interests and liens on the Pledged Collateral. To the extent that either Lender obtains possession of the Pledged Collateral, such Lender shall hold such Pledged Collateral as agent for itself and the other Lender.
