Common use of Balance Billing Clause in Contracts

Balance Billing. In accordance with §1932(b)(6) of the Act and 42 C.F.R. §§ 438.3(k) and 438.230(c)(1)-(2), Provider agrees to, and agrees that any of its Contracted Providers or subcontractors will, hold harmless Enrollee for the costs of Covered Services, except for any applicable Co-payment amount allowed by OHCA.
