Common use of Balances Owed Clause in Contracts

Balances Owed. Employee acknowledges and represents that as of the date he signs this Agreement, (a) he has timely submitted expense reports covering all outstanding and reimbursable expenses incurred by him (“Expenses”) and (b) he will have been paid all wages, commissions, compensation, benefits, and other amounts and has been provided all leaves of absence and/or other accommodations that Docusign has ever owed to him prior to the date he signed this Agreement. Between the date he signs this Agreement and the Separation Date, Dxxxxxxx agrees to pay all wages and benefits owed to Employee at that time. Docusign will promptly reimburse Employee for all outstanding Expenses in accordance with the Company’s travel and expense policy.
