Common use of Ball Diamond Clause in Contracts

Ball Diamond. The Licensee shall be allowed use of the ball diamonds, dugouts, bleachers, and the immediately adjacent surrounding public areas during those dates and times used for Authorized Activities, with such locations being more specifically illustrated as set forth in Exhibit “B”.

Ball Diamond.
