The Mortgage Loan is not a graduated payment mortgage loan and the Mortgage Loan does not have a shared appreciation or other contingent interest feature. If a Mortgage Loan has a balloon payment feature, the Mortgage Note is payable in monthly payments based on a fifteen or thirty year amortization schedule and a final monthly payment substantially greater than the preceding monthly payment which is sufficient to amortize the remaining principal of the Mortgage Loan;
