Band B Clause Samples

Band B. An employee who has completed up to three months structured training so as to enable the employee to perform work within the scope of this level. An employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of an employee at the ‘Band A’ level and to the level of their skills, competence and training: • works in accordance with standard operating procedures and established criteria; • works under direct supervision either individually or in a team environment; • understands and undertakes basic quality control/assurance procedures including the ability to recognise basic quality deviations/faults; • understands and utilises basic statistical process control procedures; • follows safe work practices and can report workplace hazards. An employee at this level may perform as follows: - Dogman - Forklift Driver - Rigger (attained and utilises basic rigging ticket) In addition to undertaking the duties as outlined above, employees at this level are required to perform the general duties as described and required by the Company. Additionally, such employees will continue to participate in training to maintain and enhance site-specific requirements.
