Bandwidth Limitations Clause Samples

The Bandwidth Limitations clause sets a maximum threshold on the amount of data that can be transmitted or received over a network connection within a specified period. In practice, this clause may restrict users to a certain number of gigabytes per month or limit the speed of data transfer once a cap is reached. Its core function is to manage network resources efficiently and prevent excessive usage by any single user, thereby ensuring fair access and maintaining service quality for all users.
