BANK ACCOUNT DEFAULT. The Company shall have withdrawn any funds from the Offshore Bank Account, or any subaccount thereof, or the Russian Bank Accounts for any purpose not permitted by this Agreement or otherwise in any manner contrary to the terms of this Agreement, the Offshore Account Pledge or the Russian Account Pledge; or, at any time after the Project Completion Date, the balance of the Cash Collateral Subaccount shall be less than the minimum amount specified in Section 5.13 for a period in excess of 15 consecutive days.
