Attached as Schedule 7.4(9) is a list of all safe deposit boxes and bank accounts of the Target Entities, including the names and addresses of the SHARE AND ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT financial institutions at which they are maintained, and the names of all Persons having access or signing authority and of all powers of attorney given by the Target Entities.
