Common use of Bank Accounts and Disbursements of Funds Clause in Contracts

Bank Accounts and Disbursements of Funds. The Trustees may open a bank account or accounts in the name of the Trust in such depository or depositories as the Trustees may select from time to time and shall receive, collect, hold, deposit, invest and disburse all contributions, refunds, dividends and all other money or property belonging to the Trust. All withdrawals from such accounts shall be made only by check or voucher signed by the person or persons authorized by the Trustees to sign and countersign.
