Common use of Bank Accounts Generally Clause in Contracts

Bank Accounts Generally. Subject to the requirements of the Investment Company Act, all funds received by the Company may be deposited in one or more Custodial Accounts in the name of the Company at the Custodian. Subject to Section 15.2, disbursements therefrom may be made by the Company in conformity with the purposes of this Agreement and the requirements of the Investment Company Act. The Company may designate from time to time those Persons authorized to execute checks and other items on the Company bank accounts. The funds of the Company shall not be commingled with the funds of any other Person.
