Bank Accounts; Safe Deposit Boxes. Schedule 3.8 sets forth a true, correct and complete list of each account with any bank, trust company, securities broker or other financial institution with which any Group Company has any account, and all safe deposit boxes maintained by any Group Company, the identifying numbers or symbols thereof, and the name of each Person authorized to draw thereon or to have access thereto.
